- KSPO provides this program to help everybody manage their physical health. Anyone who is over the age of 11 can visit one of our Physical Fitness Assessment Centers (at 75 locations nationwide, as of 2021) to have their health evaluated and to improve and maintain their physical fitness by taking advantage of a personalized treatment prescription.

- The KSPO National Fitness 100 Service Program collaborates with public and private companies: to improve access to health management services, to develop a variety of physical fitness programs, to support company health checks, and to assist people who have jobs that require physical strength.
